Hot rolled balls are produced according to the forged (rolled) steel balls ferrous metallurgical industry standard (YB/T 091-2005) specializing in various specifications of hot rolled ball milling steel balls. The diameter of steel balls ranges from Φ20-Φ150mm, and the billets used for rolling ball mill steel balls are hot-rolled round steel bars of various chemical compositions, whose diameter is equal to the nominal diameter of steel balls. The main production process of hot-rolled steel balls is as follows.

1、After inspection, the round steel bar is sheared into steel ball billets according to the length of the fixed length.

2. The steel ball billet is heated to a suitable temperature in a continuous heating furnace before rolling.

3. The billet in red hot state is fed into the steel ball mill and then rotated forward between 2 rolls with special spiral hole pattern and rolled into steel balls continuously.

4. After rolling, the red-hot steel balls immediately enter our specially designed online heat treatment equipment for quenching and tempering heat treatment, so that the steel balls can obtain high and uniform hardness.

5. The inspected products are sent to the finished product warehouse, packed and shipped to customers.
